Access WWT Arundel via the Causeway Roundabout today

The town of Arundel's high street is closed for the Arundel Festival of the Arts today. You can still easily drive to us using the causeway Roundabout to reach Mill Road.

Beautiful birds of prey

Paul and I were spoilt on our walk around and count today, seeing Red Kites, Buzzards, Sparrow hawk, Kestrel and Peregrines. All displaying beautifully across the reserve.

LAPWING HIDE: 11 Greylag geese and goslings, 3 Shelduck, 4 Lapwing and chick.

RAMSAR & SAND MARTIN HIDES: 8 Lapwing, 1 Little Egret, 1 Cormorant, 26 Tufted duck, 4 Greylag geese, 8 Canadian geese and 2 Egyptian geese, Swallows, House and Sand Martins, 2 Shoveler.

SCRAPE HIDE: 4 Gadwall, 12 Tufted duck, 1 Canadian goose, 1 Shoveler, 1 Pochard.

RESERVE: Sedge warblers, Bullfinch, Wren, Chaffinch, Reed bunting, Reed warbler, Cetti's warbler, Nuthatch, Song thrush, Black cap, Mandarin, Goldfinch, Green finch.
