Book your visit

Thank you for booking your visit. Booking in advance helps us manage numbers and allows everyone to enjoy their day and feel safe.

We ask everyone to book their visit online, including those who visit for free such as members, children under four and carers. It guarantees your visit and helps manage the safety and comfort of everyone on site.

Please make sure you're able to follow safety guidance before booking your visit.

Visit essentials

We know some things can make or break a visit so below are the things you've told us are most important to know before booking.

  • Cleaning - we’ve increased our cleaning regime, particularly our toilets. And we have plenty of hand sanitiser available around the site.
  • Food and drink – Cafe open 10am to 4pm. Limited seating indoors. Take away service also available and outdoor picnic tables available, just a few minutes walk from visitor centre.
  • Hand feeding – available and visitors can buy bags of healthy grain at admission. Please do not bring your own food for the birds.
  • Hides – open with restrictions.
  • Play areas – outdoor play areas open and cleaned regularly, soft play closed.
  • Toilets – open with restrictions and cleaned regularly.
  • Mobility scooter hire – our mobility scooter is available to hire at a cost of £10 a day (plus £20 refundable deposit upon safe return). Please call 01554 741087 to reserve the scooter for your visit.
