Chilean flamingos

Our flock of Chilean flamingos is currently being housed indoors. This is a temporary measure as a precaution to local avian influenza (bird flu).
We don't know how long this will last but we'll let you know as soon as they are safe to be back outdoors!

Whittling in the wetlands

Sawing walking stickWoodworker Mark Crowley was here recently making walking sticks, whistles and funny wooden faces with recycled wood and natural sticks up at the barn. He's back on Friday 23 August (when our birds of prey event is on too) from 11am-2pm, so why not come on down and have a go at whittling in the wetlands?
