A taste of summer
We're really excited about our summer light bites we've added to the Wigeon cafe menu. Ready for the warm, sunny days ahead.
You can choose from:
- Salmon fishcake on a bed of leaves with an Artisan seeded rolland dill mayonnaise
- Chicken, pork and cranberry pate, olive breadstick, coleslaw and salad
- Goats cheese & caramelised onion filo tart on a bed of leaves with olives & balsamic dressing
- Pork pie with salad, coleslaw and plum & apple chutney
Grab a few friends and enjoy a lazy lunch either inside the cafe or out on the veranda. Both of which look out across beautiful wetland habitat set in the open, Fen landscape. Listen to the bird song carried on the breeze and watch as baby birds take their first steps at the water's edge.
