Water levels have peaked for now - Main hide, Nelson-Lyle and Lyle hides open to all, Friends hide open to walkers with wellies or stout walking boots to skirt around the water, Reedbed hide closed for now. Lady Fen trail fully open for walkers. All roads open, some diversions from the West, but direct access from Welney village, Littleport and Ten Mile Bank.

Lyle hide closed - Wed 28 October

Lyle hide will be closed tomorrow (Wed 28 October) whilst there are some management works carried out along the access path to that hide.

All other hides are open. This work won't affect the swan feed at 3.30pm and all other areas of the reserve are open, including the freshly mown summer walk!
