Terms & conditions

1. Unless otherwise stated ALL tickets are single use and must be surrendered upon entry.
2. Tickets are only valid at the specific centre named on the ticket. The locations of our sites can be found here www.wwt.org.uk/wetland-centres.
3. Admission is FREE unless otherwise stated on the ticket.
4. Ticket is valid for normal general admission only, and excludes certain advertised activities (such as Breakfast with Santa for example) which are classed as ‘events’ and have a separate fee.
5. Tickets are only valid for employees of the named company and their families unless stated otherwise on the ticket.
6. You may asked to provide identification to prove affiliation with the company named on the ticket.
7. Expiry dates are shown on ALL tickets and are final.
8. WWT retains the right to refuse entry and the decision of WWT staff is final.
