Holden Tower and Hides

A good high tide this morning pushed all the waders and wildfowl up onto the fileds

Whitefronted Goose 90 and Pinkfoot 1 Feeding one field north of the Tack Piece.
movements back in front of the hides just after mid day most days.
Barnacle Goose 176 a good count
Wigeon 650 total counted from all the hides.
Teal 430
Pintail 232 on the scrapes 55 on the Estuary.
Lapwing 1900
Golden Plover 2170 finally stayed still long enough to count
Redshank 9

Dunlin 1200
Little Stint 1 on Holden scrape
Black Tailed Godwit 34
Crane 2 in fields to north.

Zeiss and South Finger Hides (Kingfisher)

Great feeding flocks of waders many feeding on the Bottom New Piece Field this morning good views from the Kingfisher Hide.
Bittern couldn't find it on a brief look this morning but showed yesterday.
