Plan Your Visit: Sunday 8 February

The Llanelli Half Marathon is taking place on Sunday. WWT Llanelli Wetland Centre is open as usual. Access is maintained from the Loughor Bridge side, but the road from the Machynys side will be closed until around 11am. All roads should reopen as normal from 11am. Map and full info here.

Little stint, 8 curlew sandpiper, 3 ruff, 66 greenshank, 3 spotted redshank, 208 redshank, 807 black tailed godwit, 133 knot, 21 lapwing, 36 dunlin, 7 little egret, 80 wigeon, sparrowhawk and kingfisher.

Lagoon

47 pintail, 14 teal, 12 shoveler, 51 gadwall and 12 greylag goose.
