Today's sightings
Holden Tower
The 200+ E White-fronted Geese and three Tundra Bean Geese showed all day on the Dumbles along with 140 Barnacle Geese, 1 Egyptian Goose, Peregrine, 400 Dunlin, 1000 Lapwing and 400 Golden Plover. A Knot was on the estuary at high tide.
Two Little Grebe were on the Knott Pool.
Tack Piece
The Wigeon flock were mostly in the NW corner of the field but the leucistic Wigeon and American x Eurasian Wigeon hybrid was still present. The wader flocks switched between here and the Dumbles all day. The Spotted Redshank was among the Redshanks in the morning at least.
