As usual with freezing weather the shallow water areas have froze this morning, it should thaw through the day encouraging birds to return to the field and scrapes from the estuary.

Holden Tower

Bullfinch- 2 feeding on the buds
Avocet 2 on the scrape

Wigeon 300 on the scrape, 300+ on the estuary.

E. White-fronted Goose 132
most were on the estuary at 0930 the rest on the Dumbles. They began the day in the Four Score field South of the Kingfisher Hide.
