Brilliant Birds Home Education Session 4-7 Yrs
We are offering a new session this month, perfect for Home Educators.
Spend a two hour session with our Learning Team discovering the world of Brilliant Birds. Then roam the reserve spotting wildlife, walking the reedbed and enjoying the play area!
Our Learning Team will assist you to:
- Explore bird adaptations through hands on activities with our beak, feet and wing props.
- Give an introduction to birdwatching that will help to spot some of these adaptations in action
- Create a craft comparing male and female duck plumage.
Then spend the rest of your day roaming the reserve!
Cost: £10 per child, The prices includes all day admission to the reserve, private room for your belongings and lunch if you wish, a free accompanying adult, a session leader and any equipment needed on the day.
Time: 10:15 am - 12:30 pm is the part of you day spent with the Learning Team, you may remain on site until we close at 4:30 pm
Suitable for: 8 yrs-11yrs, all children must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum one adult per child.
