New talks and offers this week
We have started a new swan talk this week called 'The secret life of swans'. We were wanting to do a general swan talk as we get hundreds of people going to the swan feed at 3pm but this does not include a talk and we felt that we wanted to give visitors the opportunity to learn about swans with a selection of props. So the new talk is in the Lecture Theatre everyday at 11am. I hope you will pop along and listen to it on your next visit.
In addition, the cafe has started a special offer, on a Monday to Friday. After 3.30pm, you can get a free tea or filtered coffee when you purchase a hot pudding - great for warming up after you have been to see a swan feed, so we will see how that gets on over the next few weeks. The retail shop also have an offer of spend £15 or over and get a free box of Christmas cards worth £7.99.
