Three eggs on the nest and all going well
The third egg was laid on Saturday the 27th April and all looks to be well on the nest. This morning the male brought in a fish and took over on the eggs while his mate flew off to feed on the tree nearby. He seems very willing to tke his turn on the egss so hopefully he will do a better job this year at guarding his nest. There have been some fly pasts by buzzards and a crow has been a pest, but so far there does not seem to be any re-occurance of the intruder males that we experienced last year.
