Booking

We’re carefully managing the total number of people who visit on any one day to help keep everyone safe.

Everyone, whether you’re a WWT member or not, must book in advance for the day you wish to visit.

Members

If you’re a WWT member, you can still visit for free, but we need you to book in advance so we can manage numbers. Please ensure you bring your membership card and your booking confirmation with you to gain entry.

Non-members

You can book your ticket online as usual but be aware that it is only valid for the day you choose.

Pre-existing ticket holders

If you have already bought a ticket (before 31 March 2020) and not used it, they’re still valid for 12 months. You don’t have to buy new tickets, but please make a free booking for the day you intend to visit. You will need to bring your original ticket and booking confirmation.
