Terms and Conditions

  1. Tickets purchased are for general admission and do not include entry to events with an additional charge.
  2. Tickets purchased in excess of your entitlement will be charged at the standard admission rate. Employees of Northumbrian Water are entitled to up to two free adult and two free children's tickets per visit.
  3. Tickets are only valid for employees of Northumbrian Water and their families.
  4. A valid NWL employee ID card may be requested at admission - please bring one along to present to staff.
