Today's sightings - lots of Avocet chicks

Holden Tower

Avocet - at least ten chicks on the scrape.
Lapwing 8 males/3 females/4 chicks on the Dumbles
Peregrine 1
Great Skua (Bonxie) on the estuary 0930-1020 at least.
Gannet 1 adult seen at 0600 on the estuary
Common Tern 2 fishing at low tide
Sand Martin 2
Swift 20

Middle Point

Turnstone 1 on the mud shelf
Dunlin 200 in flight only
Sanderling 7 flew S past at high tide
Ringed Plover 30 in flight only
