Explore our ponds

Our purpose-built raised ponds are full of fascinating creatures to discover. Dip for nymphs, water boatmen and water fleas at Pond Dipping sessions throughout the school holidays. Use net trays provided at timed sessions and use our handy identification charts next to each pond, to put a name to all your watery critters.

When: Pond Dipping sessions run daily during school holidays. (Staff dependent). Check the What’s On board in admissions on arrival.

Time: 2 - 3pm
