Holden Tower
Sightings include...a Peregrine on lookout from the driftwood, a party of 6 Lapwing with a further 6 looking very territorial, one male in display flight near the scrape. 18 Great Black-backed Gull on the foreshore, 4 Greylag and 20 Canada Geese with c40 Shelduck. A male Stonechat on the Middle Point fence. A single Crane (Buttercup) near the reedy pool where 100+ Wigeon, 2 Little Grebe, 6 Gadwall and 5 Tufted Duck could be seen.
Tack Piece
100 European and 5 Greenalnd White-fronted Geese, 200 Wigeon and 30 Shoveler. Little Egret and 1 Lapwing.
Rushy Pen
2 Greater Scaup among the 70 Pochard and 140 Tufted Duck, 7 Gadwall, 3 Shoveler and 30 Teal.
Zeiss Hide
17 Avocet on the flood and islands, 3 Snipe, 30 Lapwing, 20 Dunlin and 2 Oystercatcher feeding in the cut rush areas. 350 Wigeon on the flashes.

1 Golden Plover, 60 Lapwing, 5 Redshank and 70 Dunlin feeding on the Bottom New Piece
