Rushy

Lesser Scaup female still present among the reducing numbers of diving duck.
Bewick's Swans- A total of 74 counted so far this morning, we have a group of birds that have been leaving early to feed elsewhere in the county. The behaviour of the flock had been odd yesterday indicating pre migration behaviour. The evening count should reveal the whole story but it is possible that 100 swans departed last night. Watch this or Julia's Swan Blog page for updates.
