Today's sightings from a quick hide round

The sunny, settled weather makes is easier to watch the smaller birds, there are still a few Siskins touring the car park and grounds and plenty of warblers on site, at least nine species are waiting to be discovered in the cover of the trees and shrubs. A good tip is to watch the berries or sunny spots and be patient or listen out for calls and follow the roaming flocks. At least 4 Great Spotted Woodpecker seen about the place with Goldcrest and Treecreeper among the warbler/tit flocks.
