Enter into this year's photography competition!
WWT Martin Mere Wetland Centre has returned with the North West Wetland Photography Competition, with entries now open until 16 August 2024.
The competition encourages entrants to submit their best wetland moments. It could be of a wetland landscape, a close-up of a wetland species, black and white or full colour – it’s your choice!
The competition returns with just two categories - an adult and a junior category. For each category, entrants can submit up to five photo’s that they have taken at Martin Mere.
There is also a free individual annual WWT membership up for grabs for the winner of each category - so you can keep coming back to explore our wetlands and all of the wildlife it brings!
Winners, runner-ups, and shortlisted entries will also be on display in our exhibition hall from September to October 2024. You can find out more about the photography competition and how to submit your photos via our ‘What’s On’ page.
