Morning Waterside Yoga

Experience the wonder of wetlands out of hours with an early morning yoga session this summer.

Dates: Each Sunday in June and July (June 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th and July 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th)

Time: 8:15-9:15am

Cost: £13.50 per person (yoga session only, if you are not a WWT member and would like to enjoy the site after your session please purchase an admission ticket separately) 

Meeting point: WWT Slimbridge car park

Wetlands and wellbeing are closely interconnected. Relax surrounded by the sounds of nature in our peaceful Estuary Shoreline Event Space.

Join instructor Cora for a mindful yoga session weaving together gentle flow, breathwork, and moments of stillness. Slow down, reconnect, and come back into balance in a calm and welcoming environment.

Each session will include a grounding arrival, a soft, flowing sequence to open and strengthen the body, and a wind-down with breathwork and relaxation.

The four sessions can be attended as standalone classes, however, for those who come to all four, there will be a gentle journey woven throughout allowing you to build confidence and feel a greater sense of connection over time.  

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, but if you don't have your own we will have yoga mats available to borrow.

In the case of adverse weather, the session will be held in the Visitor Centre overlooking the Estuary Shoreline Garden.
