It felt a little exposed in the wind on the top floor, but there were 204 Wigeon on the Dumbles scrape with 3 Curlew (including head-started bird 40). No sign of the Avocet here again today, but plenty elsewhere on the reserve. A Raven flew south this morning and the flock of 249 Barnacle Geese were on the riverbank. The White-fronted Goose flock spent part of the day here before moving to the Tack Piece.

Our single Bewick's Swan is still with us this morning, and a little chill in the air has bought in a few more duck including 116 Pintail (60 male), 92 Pochard (68 male), 99 Tufted Duck (57 male) and 2 pairs of Wigeon.
An Egyptian Goose was in the north roadside field this morning.
