*Please note that seasonal work, infrastructure and habitat projects are ongoing about the reserve from the end of September through to November, we may have machinery such as excavators or tractors working near to hides, birds will move to other areas of the reserve*.
Another phase of Rushy work begins on 30 September-2 October with seasonal late hay cuts and general preparation for the winter arrival birds, also building related tasks such as solar panel, sewage pump and window cleaning. We will move onto the Martin Smith Hide pool and South East side of the Tack Piece.
