Today's sightings-increase in Dunlin
Zeiss Hide
Dunlin 138- includes the first two juveniles of the year. An adult Little-ringed Plover, Avocet 23+, 6 Redshank, 20 Lapwing and Oystercatcher 7. Teal 32, 4 broods of Shelduck, Mallard, Gadwall and Shoveler. Grey Heron with an Eel.
South Lake
The wader scrape held 20 Lapwing, 4 male Ruff, 2 juvenile Little-ringed Plover, 55 Redshank, 91 Black-tailed Godwit, 1 Oystercatcher, 1 Avocet and a Common Sandpiper. 10 Teal, 30 Gadwall, 3 broods of Shelduck. A pair of Common Tern were also present.
