The Rushy-And Bewick's Swan update

Bewick's Swan (67)

At last we have had several good nights of easterly winds and clear skies creating the perfect conditions for migrating swans. After a fairly slow start to the swan season, (mainly down to persistent westerly winds), we are now up to 67 which is a respectable number for the time of year. It is also very pleasing to see six families at this early stage including a family with five cygnets!
