From 1 April 2022, we are making a change to our Concession admission ticket and membership category. If you are disabled, you will no longer automatically be charged the Concession price. Your ticket or membership category will now depend exclusively on your age and situation.
If you are a disabled adult visiting with a carer, you will pay for an Adult admission ticket or membership. If you are visiting with a disabled child, you can either pay for a Child or a Family admission ticket or membership, depending on which option works best for you. If you are disabled and are either 65 and over, unemployed or a full-time student, you will continue to be charged the Concession price.
In all cases, you can continue to bring any carers free of charge.
If you or your child are disabled and you joined as a member before 1 April 2022, we will continue to honour your Concession membership if you wish to stay as you are or you can switch to another membership at your next renewal. We will be writing to all members who may be affected alongside your annual renewal letter. This letter will outline your options and next steps, as follows:

By making these changes to our admission and membership policies, we hope to create a more inclusive environment at WWT.
You may be affected if you are:
