Bring the whole family and cheer on your decorated rubber duck in Martin Mere’s much loved Bank Holiday Duck Race - now turning into a whole weekend celebration! There's a race each day on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 May, plus three races on bank holiday 4 May. With brilliant prizes to be won, will your rubber duck race their way to victory?
- Head over to the craft room throughout Easter or on the weekend of the races to colour in your rubber duck for £3.50
- Bring it back on Duck Race Weekend to enter it into one of our races - included as part of your admission or membership!
Why not make a whole day of it whilst you are here? As well as the Duck Race, enjoy a whole range of family-friendly activities at Martin Mere this spring including paddling along on our canoe safari, discovering pond life on our free pond dipping sessions, and enjoying hours of fun at our wet play area or huge adventure playground.
Terms & Conditions
- Rubber ducks can be purchased and coloured for £3.50 in the craft room during school holidays and weekends from 28 March - 26 April from 1-4pm, or on the day of the races from 10am.
- Admission or membership applies to take part in this race, but entering the race is at no additional cost.
- Your rubber duck is registered prior to the races starting by signing your duck up in our Exhibition Hall on the day.
