Get stuck into your half term with minibeast mud hunts, glorious games, wild crafts – and mud, mud more.
This February Half Term (14 - 22 February), get stuck in with a mud obstacle course, mud show, wild crafts, and mud kitchen!
With hands-on activities for all ages and abilities, everyone can connect with nature and discover the magical powers of mud for wildlife and play.
After all, it’s the stuff wetlands (and great family adventures) are made of. See the full schedule below!
Mudfest activities are included in your general admission tickets or WWT membership.
Go mad for mud with our activities:
- Jump between obstacles or climb your way through our mud-tastic obstacle course, self led all day.
- Visit our craft room for mud-related crafts! 12-3pm
- Cook up delicious muddy meals in our mud kitchen! Daily
- Make mud sculptures. Can you make an otter, or maybe a mallard? Daily
- Attend a Mud Shows in our Lecture Theatre and learn all of the fascinating and mind-boggling facts about mud!
