Another calm day with a few new birds turning up. At least 60 Black-tailed Godwit were new in from the coast. Always a pleasure to see this species flying around in a tight knit flock. Again 2000+ Lapwing, also 10 Oystercatcher, 60+ Ruff, 3 Dunlin, 4 Common Snipe a belated news of Redshank during the week.

Two Merlin from the Harrier Hide this afternoon. Peregrine early on, 4 Common Buzzard, 2 Sparrowhawk and Kestrel.

Bewick's Swan again in front of the Swan Link Hide with Whoopers at the 3pm feed.

Stonechat on the fence line on Plover Field.

A few Gadwall and Shoveler from the Harrier Hide.
