Two Raven were present around midday viewed from the Ron Barker Hide, the first for a few months. Two Little Gull and 2 Common Tern out on Woodend Marsh again. Redshank with 3 chicks also there.

Other wader species present include Lapwing, Avocet, Oystercatcher, Ringed Plover, Little Ringed Plover and Black-tailed Godwit. The Green Sandpiper was seen from the Hale Hide and close by on the Mere.
