Latest Sightings
Another excellent day with pleasant weather and birds! Two juvenile Marsh Harrier again. We can expect numbers to increase over the next month or so, certainly more birds will pass south through the reserve. At least 4 Kestrel 3+ Common Buzzard and Sparrowhawk also seen today.
Waders included 100+ Lapwing, 40+ Black-tailed Godwit, 20 Ruff, 2 Common Sandpiper, 3 Little Ringed Plover, Ringed Plover, 2 Dunlin, Common Snipe and Oystercatcher.
