Little Stint again
Light patchy rain and another good day for waders!
A Little Stint flew in with Dunlin late morning and spent the rest of the day feeding on Vinson's Marsh.
An influx of Avocet, moving south with 11 birds from the Ron Barker Hide. Other waders included 22 Ruff, 500+ Black-tailed Godwit, 600+ Lapwing, 7 Dunlin, 30+ Snipe and Curlew.
Past two days have had 2 Marsh Harrier, Peregrine, Hobby, 4 Kestrel, 2 Sparrowhawk and 3+ Buzzard.
A Wheatear was present yesterday feeding from the fence tops behind plover field.
Bullfinches between the Gladstone and Janet Kear Hides.
