Sunday sunshine.

It turned out grand today, very pleasant in the sunshine, although on a slightly kiljoy note it's not always ideal for viewing..

A Green Sandpiper in fine summer plumage was perhaps new in and showed well on and off from the Hale Hide. Plenty of Avocet, Oystercatcher, Redshank and a few Ringed and Little Ringed Plover.

At least 2 Marsh Harrier, 3+ Common Buzzard, Peregrine, Kestrel and Sparrowhawk. Worth a mention that the recent male Montagu's Harrier is still about in the local vicinity.

Barn Owl hunting this morning. A young Fox was seen from the Ron Barker Hide.
