We are pleased to offer a limited number of work experience placements each year within the following departments: Living Collections (birds or presentations), Reserves, Learning and Engagement, Grounds – Horticulture, Scott House Museum and Customer Service and Hospitality.

Unfortunately all of our work experience placements for this year have been allocated. Please check back on this page in September 2024 for information on placements in 2025.

Please note that our Work Experience students must be over 14 years old and placements last one week only (Monday-Friday) for Reserves, Learning and Engagement, Grounds, Scott House and Customer Service and Hospitality. Work Experience placements last 2 weeks (Monday—Friday) for Living Collections. Students must be 16 years old for Living Collections - Presentations and 18 years old for Living Collections - Birds.
