Discover a dazzling line-up of dragonfly-themed events and activities at WWT Slimbridge this summer.

Festival goers, young and young-at-heart can come together and celebrate the long summer days. Head to our festival hub in the Visitor Centre to find out what’s on during your visit and mark the start of your great adventure. Colourful flags fly high and welcome you into the vibrant festival atmosphere.

• Peer through the microscope and discover the secret life of dragonfly nymphs!
• Become a habitat hero and get hands-on creating a dragonfly habitat.
• Discover more about the weird and wonderful world of dragonflies in our interactive Science Show in the Living Wetland Theatre. Full of fun facts and tips, you’ll be ready to fly around our wetlands and see what dragonfly species you can spot. (Daily throughout Summer Holidays: Monday 21 July - Sunday 31 August).

Cost: All science activities are free with admission ticket.
