South Lake We have a large work party cutting hay, controlling invasive non native plants, cleaning windows, clearing out the water controls, basically everything for a phase one maintenance. The birds usually move to the Top New Piece and other scrapes

Lesser Snow Geese- a flock of thirteen arrived from high and the north at 0740 and began circling the reserve. They dropped down onto the Top New Piece and fed for a while hence the distant image taken from the Holden Tower. Soon after the flock flew off
