Bewick's & Little Egret

The single Bewick's Swan was again on the Mere most of the day with upto 1000 Whooper Swan. A Little Egret was seen in the morning and the pair of Raven were out on the fenceposts. No sightings of the Peregrines today but at least 1 Marsh Harrier and 4 Common Buzzard.

A Little Grebe was on Boathouse sluice and the usual 2 Great black backed Gull were on the Mere. Good numbers of Tree Sparrows can be seen at the feeding stations along with small numbers of Reed Buntings and Coal Tits.
