Ready, steady, cook with the Centre Manager
Tomorrow is our event in the cafe in the afternoon. I am taking part in the entertainment Ready, Steady, Cook when the guests arrive and I am dreading it! I can't cook to save my life, I can grow veg and supply all the materials but I don't think I will be creating any masterpieces tomorrow. It will be slightly easier as Jason, our chef will be showing me what I am creating and give me all of the ingredients so hopefully people will still enjoy watching me trying to do this.
I am very nervous that Philippa James will be watching me and then doing her own demonstration which I am sure will be far more professional than mine.

In other news, we had 2050 visitors at the weekend enjoying the Model Train Show. It is the Model Boat Show this weekend so I am hopeful for another busy weekend.
