Autumnal sunshine
This morning was bathed in lovely autumnal sunshine and lots of warblers were making the most of the warmth as they fed along the Holden Walkway hedgerow. A flock of Long-tailed Tit working its way along the hedgerow included at least 4 Chiffchaff, 2 Go

One becomes two
A juvenile Spoonbill was on the South Lake this morning but was gone by 11am, but shortly after two juveniles were seen on the Rushy where they spend the rest of the day. Its unclear if they are two new birds, or a second joining yesterday's.

Murky day, new arrivals

Dolphin!

Head to the Zeiss Hide
It has been a great morning at the Zeiss Hide with 6 juvenile Little Stint and 4 Curlew Sandpiper amongst the rest of the wader flock. We'll be working on the South Lake today so the waders here will likely relocate to the Top New Piece, further bolster
