Direct Debit offer - Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to our onsite offer to join as a WWT member by Direct Debit and receive a free £10 WWT gift card to spend in our shops or cafes.

  • This offer is available to new WWT members only.
  • In order to claim the free £10 gift card you must (a) pay for your membership by monthly or annual Direct Debit and (b) take the membership out at a WWT site (excluding WWT Steart Marshes) or at a third party event attended by a WWT representative.

  • This offer is available until 30th September 2024 only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  • The free £10 gift card is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Our normal gift card terms and conditions will apply, as set out below.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel this offer for any reason at any time.

WWT gift card terms and conditions

  • This gift card expires 12 months after last use and is redeemable against part or full payment for admissions, retail and catering goods at our WWT sites, excluding online purchases and Gift Aid admission tickets.
  • This gift card is not a credit / debit or charge card.
  • The gift card cannot be exchanged or redeemed in whole or in part for cash.
  • No change will be given but any remaining amount will remain on the card until used again before expiry.
  • Ask at the tills for balance enquiries.
  • You can reload this card with additional funds at the tills in our gift shops.
  • Keep your card safe as we accept no liability for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards or any balance remaining.
  • We may withdraw or cancel the gift card and may require alternative payment if we consider the card has been stolen or fraudulently obtained.
  • We reserve the right to amend or supplement the terms and conditions or discontinue gift cards at any time.
  • If an item purchased on a gift card is returned then it will be exchanged for goods of the same or greater value and the difference, if greater, can be paid by cash or card.
  • Our normal terms and conditions apply when purchasing with a gift card.
