Get your favourite ‘playing out’ clothes on and be the first to explore WWT Washington’s exciting new play area for FREE next week!
Fun for ages 2 to 10, Playscape is designed to spark children’s imaginations and encourage interactive play; while giving parents that all-important space to relax and observe as their kids let off steam.
Features include climbing elements, wet play areas and a wobble dish; plus more traditional equipment such as a see-saw and toddler swing.
And fans of our famous Archimedes screw needn’t worry – it has been lovingly saved and restored, with an additional hand pump and wet sand-sculpting area to enjoy!
So come on down with the family between 2-4.30pm on Monday 23 June for a FREE afternoon of outdoor play (plus cupcakes and juice while supplies last!).
Race you to the see-saw! :-)
N.B. Please be aware that we will be filming on the day (from 2-4.30pm) and will be asking parents/guardians to sign a release form confirming that they are happy for them/their children to appear in the footage, which will be used online and in the media.
