Lindy Anstey Exhibition
Lindy is an Irish artist based in Killyleagh, County Down. Her gallery, Lindy Anstey Art, which is also her own working studio, is based at 37 High Street, Killyleagh, County Down.
Painting in both oils and acrylic, her work is inspired by urban and rural Ireland and often by Strangford Lough where she lives and which is an area of outstanding natural beauty.
She uses the brush and the palette knife to create the texture, light and bold colours that are the essence of her paintings
Portraits of wildlife, animals and people, often from bygone years are popular commissions.
